Jet Snaith’s artistic practice is rooted in play and exploration, using art as a means to connect with the inner child and explore healing from past experiences. Jet's work is best described as grotesque, cheeky, and richly textured, with a consistent return to oil painting as the primary medium. A passion for thrifting finds its way into the work through the use of found objects, thoughtfully and skillfully incorporated into each piece.

Currently, Jet is particularly inspired by the creative possibilities of found materials and is exploring the sculptural dimension of painting, fascinated by the transformation of a traditionally two-dimensional medium like oil painting into sculptural form.
